New update 01/07/02:
From today on, if you place an order for an item not instock and the item doesn't says Pre-Order, I will cancel the order and deduct 5% + the PayPal credit card processing fees. Why? If an item is not instock and it doesn't says Pre-Order then I don't know when I will get more of that item, and possibly never get any. I waste time and money when a customer places an order for an item that I don't know when I will get, when I cancel the orders and refund the payment PayPal won't refund the processing fees, that is the reason I have to do this. So, if an item is not instock and it doesn't says "Pre-Order" , or "More Coming on <date>" then please don't order it. Email and ask me first if I have the item and I haven't updated the page, that will save both us time and money.
Refunds & Warranties:
1- Some parts do not have any kind of warranty and are sold as is, sorry no
refunds on these, for example, all electronics like mainboards, lasers and power
supplies, etc, these are tested prior to shipping to ensure you get a working
part.
2- Shipping is not refundable
3- The PayPal fees (2.9% of the total sale + the $0.30 transaction fee)
are not refundable
as PayPal won't refund these to us.
4- All returns must have the RMA # written on the box. Email us first to get an
RMA# before sending the item
back. Returned packages without an RMA # will not be
accepted.
5- The RMA # is valid for 10 days.
6- All instructions, cables, accessories and packaging for the product must be
returned.
7- All items must be returned in the same working condition as they were
shipped.
Items are subject to inspection and if found altered,
broken, tampered, changed, missing any components or if it is not the same item we shipped,
no refund will be given.
8- If you placed an order for an item that said "Out of Stock" and
later want to cancel it, you will be deducted 4% of the purchase to cover the
credit card processing fees.
Shipping:
Standard Shipping is by Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation.
Priority Mail Service is a 3 to 4 days service as advertised by the USPS, but as
sometimes happens with the USPS, there are delays in the mail. We are not
responsible for package delays with the use of Priority Mail Service. No refunds
will be given on shipping for package delays. Priority Mail could take from 2
days up to 28 days in the worst of cases, so if you need the item in 1 to 2 days
then select Express Mail.
Express Mail Service option is available. This service is guaranteed by the USPS , your package will get to you in 1 to 2 days, depending on your location. In case the package takes 1 day more to get to you then a claim can be made to the USPS for a refund of the shipping cost.
Shipping time starts after we have shipped your order, not
from the day you placed it.
We only ship Monday thru Friday. Most orders we ship the same day the order is
placed or the next day, but for some orders we need 1 or 2 extra days. Also, if
you place an order on Friday after 3pm or on the weekend your order will be
processed on Monday.
International shipping is by Air Mail or Global Priority Mail depending on weight and destination.
If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned and you want us to re-ship the package again, you will have to pay for shipping again.
If your address is incomplete this will delay your order, so please check your mailing address is correct.
Availability:
Items with a quantity of 0 , or that says Out of
Stock , are not available at the time.
If you place an order for an item that is not instock, we'll put you on a
waiting list and email you back.
If you decide to cancel the order, you will be discounted 5% of the total to
cover the credit card processing fees.
